Currently known for its commercial use as an urban hotel, this building, consisting of a ground floor and two upper floors, showcases the Modernist style in all its splendour, both in the façade—where the wrought-iron balcony with geometric and floral decoration stands out, along with the frontispiece entirely made of grey stone—and in the interior, where there is a rich abundance of Modernist elements, from flooring to ceilings.
Starting at the entrance, it is worth mentioning the bronze sculpture of a female figure holding the lamp at the base of the staircase, attributed to the Sóller-born sculptor Cristòfol Quintana. Also notable inside are the marble wainscoting, the wrought-iron staircase railing, and the medallion paintings on the ceilings of the rooms on the main floor, by local artist Miquel Campins, depicting landscapes and scenes from France and Sóller.
