This building is mainly characterised by the use of grey stone on the façade as a decorative element, both on the ground floor and on the two upper storeys. Other notable Modernist features can be found in the entrance door, decorated and crafted with geometric motifs, and in the undulating balcony that runs along the entire upper floor, made of wrought iron with vegetal and floral motifs.
The openings of the house, the main entrance and the windows of the main floor are topped by a stone-decorated frieze, flanked by brackets, all of them ornamented with vegetal motifs. The Cas Puers building was constructed on a plot previously occupied by two houses and, as in many other examples found in Sóller, its owner had emigrated and made a fortune in Mexico, later unifying the property and renovating the façade in the style that was fashionable at the beginning of the 20th century.
