Dwelling composed of a ground floor and two upper floors in a clearly Modernist style. The façade, built in stone using rusticated ashlar masonry, stands out, as does the balcony on the main floor, constructed in wrought iron with undulating lines and decorated with floral motifs. The rest of the façade is restrained. The craftsmanship of the main door in wood and the interior stained glass also stand out. As in many other examples of Modernist buildings in Sóller, its owner had emigrated to France and from there adopted the style of the period. The notary Jaume Domenge and his family lived first in this house, and in 1926 Jaume Homar sold it to Bartomeu Pastor.
