This building, located in one of the expansion areas of Sóller, consists of a ground floor and two upper floors. Although it has a restrained façade and a symmetrical arrangement of openings, it stands out for the stonework in the voussoirs of each opening and in the openings themselves. The decoration is geometric and is especially visible on each balcony of the main floor and upper storey. The wrought-iron railing, typical of the Modernist style, is decorated with floral and vegetal motifs.
Inside, notable features include stained-glass windows decorated with flowers and foliage, featuring the initials of the owner Bartomeu Mayol. He was the builder of the house, having made his fortune as a merchant in Marseille.

In Sóller, as a result of migratory flows, a large number of French words were adopted: carrota (carrot), voiture (car), valise (suitcase) or betterave (beetroot) are clear examples.
