A set of enclosure walls belonging to two adjoining properties, both featuring the same decorative language. The low, semi-circular-shaped walls are built with bricks and natural stone blocks, which also form columns, all likewise made of natural stone. Atop these walls are wrought-iron railings with semi-circular forms and various finials, such as spiral tips.
Notable elements include the two garden entrance gates from Carrer Vives, fully decorated with floral motifs, and the entrance gate to the house on Plaça de la Constitució, with two helical columns and a door featuring matching ironwork decoration. Near the Can Torrens pharmacy, the wellhead also stands out, made of iron in a Modernist style, with numerous geometric and floral elements, topped by a striking dragon or griffin head.

Did you know:

These gardens were formerly vegetable gardens that were converted into ornamental gardens when the stream was covered over, giving rise to the current Avinguda de Cristòfol Colom.
