Mur i reixa de Can Bac
This is a wall built with dressed stone, flanked by columns of the same material that support the entrance gate. These columns feature a relief medallion framed by a laurel wreath.
The upper part of the wall is topped with a wrought-iron grille with curved forms and floral details at its crest. The entrance gate, also made of wrought iron, follows the same decorative language as the rest of the enclosure. The upper section of the gate is finished with a triple-point finial, characteristic of this ornamental ensemble.
The family that owned this property was also the owner of the Binibassí estate, documented since the 13th century and of Islamic origin. From this family came several notable figures of the municipality, including the writer Joan B. Ensenyat, author of more than sixty works, who maintained relationships with important literary figures of his time such as Miguel de Unamuno, Frédéric Mistral, Víctor Balaguer and Émile Zola.
