This is a holiday home consisting of a ground floor and two upper floors. Access is via Carretera del Port through a side staircase that leads to a terrace with a masonry balustrade and an iron pergola. On the façade, both the main door and the windows feature semi-circular arches, with their upper sections decorated with a marés stone pediment and coloured tiles. The second floor is set back from the first, creating a large terrace, flanked by a masonry balustrade with Modernist decoration and two pilasters at the ends imitating small towers.
