It could be said that this is the most imposing building on Carrer de la Victòria. It is a Regionalist-style building with Modernist elements. Notable features on the façade include the segmental-arched window sills in relief, formed by ribbed brackets and marés stone mouldings. A wide, simple balcony with a wrought-iron railing decorated with geometric and floral motifs spans the two central openings on the first floor.

On this site, before this building was constructed, there was the Cine Patrio, one of the first cinemas in the town. Carrer de la Victòria takes its name from the fact that pirate raids by Turkish-Algerian forces entered the town through this street on 11 May 1561, an event commemorated in the local festival of Es Firó.
