This is a building constructed in a Regionalist style, with many Modernist details and a monumental appearance due to the geometric decoration of the façade. Notable is the use of stone with mortarless joints and wrought-iron railings with geometric and floral decoration in a Modernist aesthetic.
On the main floor there is a large balcony supported by two robust moulded corbels decorated with incised striations and raised buttons, and iron railings featuring a combination of straight and curved lines.

Did you know:

The less visible the joints between stone blocks are, the greater the perceived wealth of the owner. Likewise, in traditional Mallorcan buildings, finely cut voussoirs in entrance arches were also a symbol of wealth, as they reflected a higher level of skilled stonework and craftsmanship.
