Building constructed with capital from emigration to France. It is a property with a ground floor and two upper floors. The wall facing the façade is made of irregular ashlar stone in bush-hammered masonry, laid in horizontal courses with practically no joints. Notable are the bush-hammered stone bands with geometric and floral forms.

The area where this house is located is popularly known as Sa Torre, as the remains of the old “castell del Port” are preserved nearby, a fortification built between 1543 and 1545 to prevent the pirate raids that ravaged Mallorca at the time. In this area, the old shipyards of the Port were also located.
