This is a good example of early 20th-century popular Modernism. The façade features a large number of curves, both in the segmental arches of the windows and in the rounded and geometric forms of the wrought-iron balcony. Also notable is the effective use of bush-hammered stone as a decorative element.
However, the most remarkable feature is the garden and its rear enclosure, which faces Carrer de Bisbe Colom. It is a fully Modernist garden, enclosed by gates filled with highly realistic vegetal ornamentation, as well as two stone pilasters topped with coped capitals featuring battlements and glazed ceramic decorations.

Did you know:

In the Modernist period, the garden was conceived as a space for the enjoyment of life. It was an area traversed by the family, who enjoyed contact with a domesticated nature.
